Japanese tea brewed in a teapot is better than bottled tea.
★2.5 times the amount of catechins <An ingredient that helps prevent aging>
★Theanine (4 times the amount) <A flavor component with relaxing effects>
It also contains plenty of other nutrients like vitamin C and flavonoids!
As the weather gets warmer, I recommend making cold-brewed tea, which is easy to prepare.
You don't need special tea leaves; regular tea leaves you have at home are fine.
The night before, put the tea leaves and water into a pitcher and put it in the refrigerator.
(Use approximately 15g of tea leaves per liter of water as a guideline; adjust the strength to your liking.)
When making cold brew coffee, the key is to steep it slowly.
Please consume within 1-2 days.
★You might be surprised to hear this, but in addition to brown rice tea and roasted green tea, we also recommend Japanese black tea!
Please try our organically grown Japanese black tea, "Lady."
It's surprisingly sweet, even though it contains no sugar.
