Finished by a tea master who has won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award 16 times. This tea is for everyday use and bears the name "Meicha Ukyo." It is a proud product created based on the concept that "tea is not something to be seen with the eyes, but something to be drunk with the throat." It is available exclusively from producers in Kakegawa Higashiyama. The unique roasting method gives it a "crisp, punchy" taste. One customer even made the trip all the way from Atami to try it, saying, "You won't find this anywhere else."
