Kakegawa powdered tea

This tea contains 70% of the active ingredients found in tea leaves that would otherwise be thrown away. It dissolves quickly in either hot or cold water, making it easy to enjoy in any situation. It can be mixed with yogurt, and is often used as a shochu mixer at izakayas. As it is a matcha-based variety, it has an emerald green color and a sweet taste.
